At herofatbikes.nl you have the possibility to return within 14 days after receiving your purchase under certain conditions. The ordered products must be returned unused and original. Of course, the Fatbike must still be new and may not  have been driven otherwise we cannot use the Fatbike not  accept. If you want to return your bike, it is best to contact us as soon as possible WhatsApp on: 0630198289 or email on info@herofatbikes.nl.

Once we have received your return, we will transfer the amount to you within two weeks. We cannot refund products with visible signs of use, missing parts or damaged packaging. not  accept as return.

What are the conditions for returns?

• You can return a bike up to 14 days after receiving your purchase. It must NOT have been ridden.
• The product is complete, unused and in the original packaging.
• When purchasing a composite offer or a bundle product, you can only return the complete bundle to us.

Exceptions that we do not accept returns are:

• Items or products with signs of assembly or use.
• Items or products with missing or damaged original packaging.

Are there any costs involved?

If you return a product, the following applies: €100 return shipping costs, these costs are for the customer.
